Overweight is a huge problem in Britain. Not only from the outside it is a problem but it can also influence the human being on the inside. It can make a person feel said. If you want to watch your eating it is important you follow a more healthy diet. You have to eat and think smart and do physical exercise to become more healthier. With doing this you will create a better and healthier look and feel more free. Eat the protein at every meal you have, this will speed up your metabolic rate, stabilizes your blood sugar and insulin ranges, create muscles tissue and will keep you energetic.
It is important you watch your food and use it the right way, overeating will only make you feel worse after you ate it.

I think this text is meant to be motivating and to clearafy a lot of question to people who suffer from overweight. But the problem is that you don’t know if this article is objective. To many others every programme is different to each body. I don’t think somebody could lose a big amount of weight by following this article. I think a personal trainer is more placed in situations like these. In this article I find it very good that they discuss the fooditems, the physical exercises the body needs and the effect of protein and a good health. I think this is what makes the article motivating to begin with.
I think the article is to vague. To burn stomach fats you should change your eating habits completely, especially if you have very bad eating habits. And follow a regular diet which you can get from the internet or even better from a doctor. Exercise is key in following a diet and especially to burn fat but I don't like to exercise. Although I notice that when I go for a run in the evening I come home very energetic and happy that I actually excersised. But the main thing is to love your body the way it is and afterwards you can work on a few changes.
